The new construction on building land in Milan envisaged the construction of a five-storey building above ground level with a practicable roof and a ‘bio-tank’ built into it.
The building was planned with innovative technologies and the use of technological packages with very high energy performance.
The BP (Building Permit) was applied for recently, so it contains all the most up-to-date regulatory requirements; it includes a garage floor and spaces for bicycles, large condominium rooms and a photovoltaic system.
The section shows the harmonious interlocking of volumes and the large terrace areas, with which each interior unit is equipped.
