The valorisation project was structured through the radical transformation of the attic floor, obtained by the more organic redistribution of the existing (very fragmented) SL and a small increase of the SL on the floor, obtained by the translation of accessory areas to the ground floor. The result is a formidable penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the very open living area.
