Zero land consumption.
In Lombardy, the new regional law (LR 18 of 26 November 2019) aims to simplify and encourage urban and territorial regeneration.
With it we want to achieve the objective by acting in accordance with the previous law for the reduction of land consumption (LR 31 of 28 November 2014); with the previous law for the enhancement of existing buildings (LR 4 of 13 March 2012).
The Landmark Studio has embraced this sensitivity of the rules to the current context and makes available the skills gained in years of practice and study in environmental and urban planning for the drafting of projects that take full advantage of the opportunities and incentives provided.
Starting from a careful analysis of the territory and of the data collected during a long preparation phase, the Landmark Studio is able to elaborate complete feasibility studies for the first evaluations of the investors, up to the presentation of all the practices to the Authorities and development of executive projects.
