Good evening, welcome Monya; you are an architect, owner of the “Landmark Studio”; a studio, which has existed for how long?

Architect Stufano: - A studio that has existed since 1996, a lot of years

Speaker of Radio Lombardia: - what do you do?

Architect Stufano: - He mainly deals with environmental design; therefore a design linked to the energy improvement of buildings and energy requalification, and at the same time to architectural formal research

Speaker of Radio Lombardia: - So a slightly more aesthetic fee?

Architect Stufano: - Through the energy requalification we also want to improve the typological discourse, therefore to carry out typological research

Architect Stufano: - It is part of the normal evolution of things, as the house must also evolve in relation to the environment, in relation to what happens

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - Well, this thing intrigues me. This sector is obviously a constantly evolving sector; Has there been a lot of evolution since 96?

Architect Stufano: - A lot, yes

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - We must therefore always stay up to date; with the studio did you have to stay constantly updated in order not to miss any news?

Architect Stufano: - Yes, I did environmental design courses outside the university, sitting at the desk, like the young students and I did in-depth studies in this sector even after my course of study

Architect Stufano: - Of course, research is in continuous development

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - Perfect; who is the typical customer today who is interested in a job of this kind, at least from your experience?

Architect Stufano: - I must say that almost everyone is sensitive to this issue, fortunately; it is an aspect that even the ordinary citizen has learned to appreciate; therefore we go from public to private indifferently.

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - In short, is it something very transversal?

Architect Stufano: - Exactly

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - Perfect. Do you have any projects in the pipeline, something interesting that you can tell us?

Architect Stufano: - I worked on a very futuristic project in Milan, Bovisa area: bioclimatic greenhouses inserted inside the roof. A pilot project in which I did this type of experimentation that made use of solar inputs to heat the environment.

Speaker Radio Lombardia: -… is there also the sun in Milan?

Architect Stufano: - Absolutely yes.

Speaker Radio Lombardia: - jokes and jokes aside, putting green in the city is important, but it is something that is often difficult because there is a lack of spaces

Architect Stufano: - Now the tendency to build with green is very developed. It starts from the experience of the Vertical Forest ...

Architect Stufano: - I worked more with the subject of 'glass', passive solar gains, cross ventilation; so I worked more on the specific bioclimatic discourse, but also the question of green is part of this type of trend
